No. Base64 is an encoding, not encryption. Anyone can decode Base64 text, so never use it to protect a secret.

The password generator is designed to run in your browser. Daily Tools is not designed to receive or store generated passwords.
Will my QR code still work if I change the URL later?
No. A QR code encodes the URL you gave it at creation time, so generate a new code if the destination changes.
